Session 2 to 1
This session is designed for two people: partners, close friends, siblings, or anyone wishing to share a deep inner journey together.
In this space, you will experience the Conscious Connected Breath technique side by side. While each person is on their own inner path, the shared energy creates a beautiful field of connection.
Each journey includes:
A grounding welcome and shared intention
A guided breathwork session (approx. 45–60 minutes)
Integration time with space for shared or individual reflection
This is a shared moment of presence and transformation, ideal for those who want to deepen their connection within themselves and with each other.
