My path

I have always been that child who asked ten thousand questions, each more improbable than the last. I used to be a know-it-all and very much in my head, but it was mostly positive. I was creative and sensitive.

Then, like many, I went through hardships like illness, heartbreaks or grief. I found myself with a completely exhausted nervous system. I no longer had the energy for a social life or to pursue anything. I had lost my balance and was no longer at peace.

So I tried to build a gentler life. A simple life made of routines and adventures that nourish and soothe me. Among all the things I tried and integrated into this new life, breathwork helped me the most. I loved the joyful moments with family and friends, reading, going for walks, etc., but it was breathing that brought about the biggest changes. I released physical pain, limiting beliefs, tears that hadn’t been shed, laughter that hadn’t been expressed and much more.

Now, I guide people who wish to use the breath to create space within themselves, to let something else in and move toward greater inner peace.
